Salary Increment For Employees


An individual who perform well in duties and accomplish objectives in an organization within a short period of time, he can be eligible for getting increment. The average salary amount of increment shall be finalized by the Human Resource Department on the basis of recommendation by the superior of a particular department. The amount of increment based on the position held by an employee during the time of award of increment. Salary increment is given to employees of an organization during an annual appraisal. Appraisal refers to an act which shows the performance of an employee during the year under appraisal. The company salary increment to an individual denotes increase in basic salary which in turn increases the total income of an employee during a year under appraisal. Bonus also paid to an employee on the basis of overall performance by the employee during an organization. Performance incentives are also paid to an employee on the basis of achievement of an employee during the course of financial year under appraisal. An employee who is not performed well and lacks behind the performance he shall not get increment during the year as he is not done well during financial year of the appraisal and can improve in the next year by rectifying the mistakes done before.
